Shipping & Delivery Policy
BrightMap AI is a digital service with nothing shipped: how and when access is delivered.

brightmapai.pk is BrightMap AI's informative website. It describes BrightMap and hosts public demonstrations; it has no accounts and sells nothing directly.
The BrightMap learning platform is provided to each partner institute at its own dedicated web address. Admins, teachers and students of an institute can use only the services that BrightMap AI and that institute have agreed, and nothing else is enabled for them.
1. Nothing is shipped
BrightMap is a digital education service. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
2. How the service is delivered
The service is delivered online through the BrightMap Platform, on a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone, at the dedicated web address of your institute (for example app.brightmapai.pk/your-institute/login). Nothing is delivered through our informative website, brightmapai.pk. Your institute creates your account and gives you your sign-in details. Only the services agreed between BrightMap AI and your institute are enabled for its admins, teachers and students.
3. When you get access
Access to a paid service is provided through your existing Platform account. Once our payment provider confirms your payment, the invoice is marked paid, normally straight away and in any case within 2 working days.
If your account or the service you paid for isn't available within 2 working days of payment, email us and we will fix it or refund you under our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Receipts
Your invoices and their status are always available on the Billing page of your Platform account.
