These terms apply to the public BrightMap AI website at brightmapai.pk, including its interactive demonstrations and pages (the “Website”). By using the Website you agree to them. The BrightMap learning platform used by institutions is separate and is governed by the agreement made with each institution.

The Website is free to browse and needs no account. You may use the demonstrations to learn, to teach, and to evaluate BrightMap for your institution.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the Website, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, probe or bypass its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The demonstrations are prepared for learning and are reviewed for accuracy, but they are simplified models and are not a substitute for a teacher, a textbook or an official examination syllabus.

Sample learning profiles and figures labelled illustrative are examples, not records of real students. Adoption figures labelled as historical milestones are not live counts.

The Website's design, software, simulations, illustrations, text and the BrightMap name and logo belong to BrightMap AI or its licensors. You may share links to the Website and use it in a classroom, but you may not copy, republish or sell its content or code without written permission.

Curriculum excerpts, such as the Urdu lesson passage, remain the property of their respective rights holders and appear for educational demonstration.

Requesting a demonstration does not create an agreement, a commitment to supply services, or any obligation to pay. Any use of the BrightMap platform is agreed separately with the institution. How we handle the details you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Website links to services such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Those services are operated by others and have their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, BrightMap AI is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website.

We may update these terms as the Website changes. The effective date above shows when they were last revised; continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
