Cancellation Policy
How to cancel a BrightMap AI service or invoice, and what happens to access when you do.

brightmapai.pk is BrightMap AI's informative website. It describes BrightMap and hosts public demonstrations; it has no accounts and sells nothing directly.
The BrightMap learning platform is provided to each partner institute at its own dedicated web address. Admins, teachers and students of an institute can use only the services that BrightMap AI and that institute have agreed, and nothing else is enabled for them.
1. Cancelling a paid service
You can cancel at any time. Paid access then continues until the end of the academic year you paid for, and the service does not renew for the next academic year.
Cancelling does not refund the rest of the year already paid for, except in the cases listed in our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancelling an unpaid invoice
If you no longer want a service you have been invoiced for and have not paid yet, ask us before paying and we will cancel the invoice. A cancelled invoice is shown as cancelled on your Billing page and can no longer be paid.
3. How to cancel
Email info@brightmapai.pk from the address linked to the account, or ask your institution's admin to send the request for you. Include the student's name, institution and invoice number. We confirm the cancellation by email within 3 working days.
4. Institutions
An institution can cancel for all of its students in the same way. Where it has a separate written agreement with BrightMap, the notice period and terms in that agreement apply instead.
5. Cancellation by BrightMap
We may suspend or close an account that breaches our Terms & Conditions. If we stop providing a paid service for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the fee you paid.
